Buster Brown Cafe - Darlinghurst

We went a few weeks ago, and having tried some other, very busy French restaurants in the area, can safely say that Buster Brown kicks all over them! The food was very tasty, very flavoursome and authentically French. Also great value for money! Wouldn't hesitate to go back and I hope I get the chance to go back soon!

Fantastic place. great coffees, great food and fantastic courtyard. I had the chicken and leek pie. Wine are very well priced too. Loved it. a must try.

Am plecat acum câteva săptămâni, iar după ce am încercat alte restaurante franceze foarte ocupate în zonă, puteți spune cu siguranță că Buster Brown vă va lovi oriunde! Mâncarea a fost delicioasă, foarte sticlă și autentică franceză. De asemenea, o mare valoare pentru bani! Nu ar ezita să se întoarcă și sper că am șansa să mă întorc în curând!

Loc fantastic. Cafea mare, mâncare mare și curte fantastice. Am avut puiul de pui și fum. Vinul sunt, de asemenea, foarte ieftin. Mi-a plăcut. Trebuie să încerce.

We have eaten at Buster Brown on two occasions now. Both times were very enjoyable experiences and we will be returning on a regular basis.This "hole in the wall" French restaurant offers traditional French dishes which are of excellent quality and great value, making it a great local dining option in Surry Hills.So far, we have tried the duck terrine, the barramundi and the crispy confit of duck which were all very pleasing. Similarly, the creme brulee.Next time we plan to try the fillet steak with bearnaise sauce. The staff were extraordinarily friendly, and on the last visit, the chef also came out to check on how things were going.This will indeed become our new local French restaurant, and at such reasonable pricing, we can afford to return often.Highly recommended. I hope this place does well, and is here for a long time to come.
