Contribuiți la feedbackThe employees were unprepared and not dedicated to every work. the line to come to the restaurant took us over 10 minutes (with a booking.) the employees ignored us and saw each other lost. we had to fly the staff several times to order everything. twice we had waiters over. slam eat or drink them on the table and go away. not introduce, or check who it was ordered. not to mention the eating was sub par and 1 of the cocktails was unimaginable. everything also for a pretty expensive bill. very disappointed
I made a booking. just before it was overcrowded and hectic. children's meals were expensive, but huge. unfortunately too huge for under 10s of which I had three. they would have been satisfied with a third thing they got. I thought it was a waste for the price. Maybe small children/large children's menu? cocktails were on the spot, very nicely ordered something from the menu and they did it with perfection. I have a starter that was delicious, but the second starter never came! I said a few waiters, but still never an update. the mains came after an hour, although we ordered before the large quantity. beautiful, but nothing special for the price. after finished pornstar, said waiter, starter break off, as after almost hours and the half did not yet come. he was apologetic. they have a waiter there who speaks no word of English...difficult! hardly to shadow anyone is chaotic with waiter who walk around with tunnel view all over the place. very cramped. views of harbour were nice. to pay bill, it was a little confusing to go where, had to ask for instructions twice, as it was not obvious. I said cash that I had registered for the membership online as they had 7% off bill. I could not connect with my email as there was no reception at this moment. the man seemed angry that I checked a second. I asked if he could search by e-mail or phone, he refused, so we just had to forget. we spent about $250 for an average family meal, a long waiting period and a court that never came (they didn't calculate on that). At least could they take my word about the membership 7% out really not much at all and who will anyway wear a criniti membership card? just don't go by phone. or e-mail, not sure if I'm back. for this price I expect better.
Can’t speak highly enough of this restaurant! Every Saturday night me and my bestie come here! It’s quite pricey for two but the foods always impeccable so I know that I’ll always get value for money !
They have gluten free on the menu for pizza and pasta and a couple other dishes but when I said I was coeliac the waitress told me that all the pasta is cooked in the same water and the pizza has cross contamination. I’ve been there before and this is the first time they’ve told me I don’t always get symptoms when I’ve been glutened depending on how much it is but the damage still occurs so it’s difficult for me to know. Not happy
