Restaurant won’t accept our open table reservation. Staff is nice, but service was very slow and food didn’t taste as good

Waited over one hour for food while watching other tables leave without ever having received food. Manager said they had to fulfill delivery orders first. Restaurants aren’t going to survive if they have to prioritize delivery service orders ahead of customers in the restaurant.

Food was good, a little slow but they had a lot of larger parties. So considering everything they did a good job.
