Finally a pizza as you must!!! And I mean with a soft, well-leavened, not heavy pasta.. And with refined ingredients. Unfortunately I have read a lot of negative reviews, which I would like to blur. Of course, if you want a Margherita to 5€ change place, but everything is matched as always in search and particularity of the ingredients.. What many people still don't understand.. Finally in the Valley a different place, innovative and with a 'good offer of food and beer! I am quite objective and above all I had the chance to eat in different places and especially of different levels, but I must say that Viaprade is really a place to mark, to attend.. Not the usual fighetti place, not the usual post banal. Interior really nice from the design point of view, delicious beers, good burgers and pizzas really good. I have seen on the menu the possibility to try also dishes of different nations (remember for example Chinese ravioli, I will have to try. I recommend it, the boys are very kind. I hope the proposals for sweets will also increase because it is really worth it: continue this way!
