Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Darby Township

Went in today, 5/30/23 around 2:00 pm, place smelled disgusting like trash. I asked a staff person why the place smelled like that. She got an attitude with me and said I don 't know . Like are you serious right now!? You 're trying to serve food to people and your business smells like 5 day old cabbage that was left in the sun but you 're upset with me for asking a question. Absolutely terrible, I will never return to this establishment again.

It's kinda shocking how slow and disorganized this place is. Online orders regularly 30-45 minutes late (for a smoothie....?? . There is a pile of what appears to be complete orders behind the bar just... Sitting there. I really don't understand lol

The staff here lack customer service. Also, this location will constantly substitute items without your knowledge or consent so I strongly suggest checking your mobile orders BEFORE LEAVING the store. I ordered a detox green smoothie once and they did not add the extras I PAID FOR chia, flax ginger)!

Went in about 20 minutes before they closed and they refused to serve me. The. Smoothies Aren't that great to begin with and on top of that horrible service. Lazy employees and bad product this place probably won't be around too much longer

I placed an online order at 1:15pm at 1:47pm my order still was not ready. I waited over 20 min for one sandwich a smoothie that should have been ready before I got there. They were unapologetic rude. They acted as if I was inconvenienceing them. NEVER GO to this place, unless you have ALOT of time to waste
