Contribuiți la feedbackI travel out of PHL frequently and have for decades. I used to go here often as it was the best sushi at PHL. About a year ago they switched to ordering via app only and it was a terrible experience and I vowed not to go back. On a delay this afternoon, I stopped in again today and it was worse than last year. Even using the idiotic “company iPad” didn’t work so I walked out. I feel for the staff as they’re only doing what they can. Avoid it if you’re in C terminal. Only giving 1 star because zero isn’t an option.
Worst service ever! Servers are extremely rude and don’t show the least bit of desire to help the customer, the manager refuses to attend to customer concerns AND you’re required to pay before even knowing if they have items in stock. They also don’t make any cocktails that aren’t on the menu….wouldn’t even make a simple lemon drop, although they had all the ingredients….I don’t think the bartenders are really even bartenders.
They stole from me. I ordered drinks and entree, since you pay ahead of time included tip. After waiting 15 minutes server comes and says they have no beef for the order of Mongolia beef. I asked for a refund and was refused. They should not have had it on their menu if they had no product and to make me wait so long is ridiculous. I was told to go online and request. It should have been an immediate refund. No response from online request. After calling the manager several times only received a partial refund. To me, this company are thieves.
Extremely rude and unhelpfull staff. Stay away. There are many other places where staff is friendly but not here.
Had to order off those stupid QR codes on the table but the food was fantastic.
