Las Cazuelas Fairmount - Darby Township

The food did not seem fresh. And my elote was BURNT.

We ordered take out, but were expecting a restaurant with the Las Casuelas name on it. Instead, it 's called Fair Food and it 's just a pick up counter with tablets where you 're supposed to scan your number. This system didn 't work for us. There was anemployee who sat inside, but they didn 't look up when we got there and tried to figure out what was going on. So we fussedaround with the tablets a while. Finally, after five minutes, I managed to get the employees ' attention and she asked us ourorder number. Our food had been sitting there, getting colder the whole time, in bags in plain sight. I don 't know where thefood is assembled or how it gets made so quickly, but it was cold when I got it home and one item, guacamole, hadn 't made itinto our order. I don 't think we were charged for it, but they didn 't tell us we weren 't getting it. The prices are too highfor the low quality. You might as well pay for delivery if you 're that hungry. This is a better restaurant over at its placewith tables. But its marketing about the Fairmount pickup location is misleading. There 's no restaurant here. It 's just acounter to pick up your order from. It works... Kind of.

Not an actual restaurant. It's a ghost kitchen. Waited an hour. No food. Called the restaurant. No one picked up the phone. The pictures and reviews about this place is fake. This is not an actual restaurant.

Food is amazing!!!! Fast and well packaged too. I had a great experience with the staff at the pick up counter, they are knowledgeable and welcoming. Would definitely come back again

If you are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine i definitely recommend trying this place! The food was delicious, the service was phenomenal and the overall look of the restaurant was very nice. That?s a restaurant trifecta, I?ll 100% be returning.
