Hikari Sushi - Darby Township

Sushi was great, got the bao buns and the texture was off putting unfortunately

I've been visiting Hikari for a decade, and it's my go-to spot for sushi in the area. The quality is excellent, and I place an order once a week. I especially enjoy the Salmon Ceviche and the Polar Bear Specialty Rolls. I highly recommend this place!

I can't recommend this restaurant enough! Their attention to detail is outstanding, from packing both cold and warm meals in insulated bags to including a complete set of utensils, sauces, and napkins. Everything is carefully thought out!

I really enjoy their tempura dinner and always end up with leftovers. The gyoza is tasty and is usually deep-fried rather than pan-fried.
