Golden Chopsticks - Darby Township

I ordered a shrimp and broccoli from here today and the shrimp is bad, it has a horrible smell and taste. When I called and told them about the horrible food they had just given me, there response was “ I know this is disgusting but can you hold the food until tomorrow and bring it in so we can exchange it or give you credit” lol???????? Exchange rotten food for more rotten food? I have been going here for years and I will never be going back.

Good food. However, there were a few times they missed something, but it was something like rice. Lately, I haven't had that issue

Very sad!! I was super excited to try this place, it was a favorite of some of my local friends. It was terrible! At one point it must have been good, so hopefully they can turn it around. I love suggesting good Chinese delivery to people in Fishtown, or people from out of town. I wouldn't recommend this place at this point. Do better GC!!

Looking for a quick (like INCREDIBLY QUICK) pickup option for mall chinese food at a reasonable price? I highly recommend Golden Chopsticks. It 's no frills, fast and easy service, comes extremely hot if you pick up on time, and the food satisfies when I 'm craving the nostalgic flavors of food from mall food courts. It 's saucy, not too salty or tangy, and always extremely fresh because the kitchen is constanyly fulfilling orders. They keep my business because Golden Chopsticks has one of the last affordable lunch and dinner combo boxes in the city. It 's a great deal and you get a good amount of food with a decent ratio of protein to vege to rice. If anything, I wish they added more vinegar and spice to the hot sour soup, but if I order it I just add more at home. The velveting technique they use is solid for all of their soups and sauces! We like to order an egg drop soup and a wonton soup to mix them together. Misc info: I love their packaging. The food stores and reheats well in the containers they use and we never have an issue repacking the leftovers to save for later! Vegetarian options: You can get a lot of the dishes with tofu as the protein

A waste of my money I ordered two orders of general tso chicken it was soggy and nasty also the pepper steak was the worst no flavor,hard and no sauce at all. I was excited to order from them today because in the past the food was great but not this time. I don't know what happened to the food it was very disappointing. ?Scared to order from them again
