Bistrot Caserne 409 - Danville

First, this is a local restaurant. so yes, the hours are limited, but if they have the opportunity to go when it is open, it is worth it. the product is super fresh and usually local. they even have some local drink that makes the difference of all the other restaurants I have tried so far. the personal was always nice. it is...not rare to see that the owners work on the floor to make sure everything is perfect.

Eating is fresh and good, but too often they present a plate with a side of chips. I think the presentation is not so good for the price. some meals are really well thought out.

This place was fantastic! I just went in with a friend to grab a drink and relax. There are plenty of seating options available.

We visited this place on a school night and were pleasantly surprised by our experience.

The food is fresh and tasty; however, they frequently serve dishes with a side of chips, which I think detracts from the overall presentation, especially considering the prices. That said, some of the meals are really excellent.
