Mcdonald's - Danville

I was very pleased with the service I received. I visited on a Friday at 11:00 and experienced quick service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and it was clear that they worked well as a team. This has become my new favorite McDonald's!

The service was slow, the food was unappetizing, and the customer service was truly terrible. I can only hope that these aren't the fast food workers demanding $15 an hour.

Absolutely no stars! The manager was just standing around eating while one employee was sweeping and another was in the bathroom for 20 minutes. The line stretched all the way around the building!

Next time I order a burger, I would appreciate it if it actually included some meat.

I want to help improve your company! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve visited a McDonald's, spent my money, and encountered poor service, inadequate customer support, and hygiene issues. The staff often display a careless attitude, showing a lack of respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has also diminished significantly. I truly love McDonald's, but I sincerely hope to see some meaningful changes.
