Bojangles - Danville

I had a great experience at Bojangles! The food was excellent. Thank you, Bojangles!

This Bojangles location is one of the best I've ever visited. The service and food were fantastic.

We visited the restaurant at around 9 pm and were asked to wait at the drive-thru. After waiting for approximately 4-5 minutes, we asked again and placed our order for 2, 3 piece Supremes and a Dr. Pepper. When we pulled up to the window to get our order, we noticed a clean-up crew van blocking our path. It appeared that the crew employees were inside chatting and seemed uninterested in serving us. We were served Supremes with a Mountain Dew instead of a Dr. Pepper, which tasted suspiciously strange, like mop water smells. We will not be stopping at this location again. Unfortunately, we felt that the black server was short with us from the beginning, which created an uneasy atmosphere for us as elderly white patrons.

Service depends on staff working but food is usually great.

All tables were dirty. Employees were not working as a team which made fulfilling orders chaotic. Would not recommend this location.
