Panera Bread - Danvers

Today my boys and I were in breakfast. When we cleaned up my son, he threw in the garbage. He only noticed it 10 minutes later. When we came back, we talked to Jason and he told us they changed the garbage. He found the garbage bag and he and Sierra pissed them and found them. Right customer service! I can't thank you enough.

Food is good, staff is nice and restaurant has been clean thus far. However, feels somewhat overpriced. It's counter food at sit-down restaurant prices.

Very cozy. I wish I had known earlier in the winter that there was a roaring fireplace! Great coffee and tea too. Excellent value especially if you have a coffee card.

Great food, clean restaurant and fun place for a fundraiser!

Ordered lunch for delivery. Never received the order. The person who answered the phone wanted us to cancel the order with door dash, but unfortunately I placed the order from Panera website. I paid for the delivery and the tip. He offered to personally drop off the food, but we decided to pick up. Lost the delivery fee and the tip , but he offered 2 cookies at no charge. No complains.
