Road Runner Deli Cafe - DANDENONG SOUTH

I recently moved for work and have been trying out different local eateries. This one stands out for its exceptional service and high-quality food. The only thing I would suggest is adding some low-carb options to the menu. Other than that, it's really good. By the way, they also make the best homemade dim sum I've ever had.

The fresh sandwiches here are amazing and other hot foods are so good! The staff is always beautiful! Best sandwich I've ever got, full of ingredients to get your monies worth. It's always busy with customers and they're not stopping so they have to do something... right. Big little hold through the snack.. Maybe not as much on the outside, but a lot of seating to also enjoy a quick sit down menu.

This cafe used to be owned by Greek people and now appears to be run by Chinese people, as there were many Chinese workers behind the counter. My group of five ordered two beef rolls, two fish and chips, and one ham and salad sandwich. While the others had finished their drinks, my large flat white was filled near the top of my 480 ml cup. We were all satisfied with the food and drinks. The service staff was friendly and attentive. The counter area could use some better organization as it seemed a bit messy. Overall, a good experience.

This restaurant used to be a good spot for lunch when at work, but the new owners are not only rude, they are unhygienic and lack basic customer service skills. Their pricing is inconsistent as they use a calculator for simple calculations and often make mistakes. The coffee quality has also deteriorated. The owner, who has an "Asian look," is off-putting and it's surprising that people still go there. The number of customers has decreased and there are many complaints. Many of us now choose to get our coffee and meals from a coffee van or food truck instead.

Moved locations with work and am doing the rounds of the local tuck shops. This one stands out as it has the best service and the food is terrific quality. The only thing I'd change is maybe a couple of low carb options. Otherwise it's really good. Btw, they have the best home made dim sims I've had ever
