Contribuiți la feedbackWhat a wonderful property! The staff was exceptional. Housekeeping was top notch. A great big thank you to Silvia for all her assistance and genuine care during our stay and a shout out to her colleague, Marcelo as well. Thank you for a great stay!
This is an excellent recently renovated hotel. Great for business. Close to lots of restaurants (walking distance). The main thing that makes it great though is its amazing staff! They are all so friendly and welcoming and helpful. Most recently I flew in on a red eye from San Diego and got to the hotel at 0830. I asked whether my room was ready so I could get showered, changed etc and although they did not have a room, Silvia and the housekeeping team turned one round in 20 minutes for me which was a life saver. Thank you!
The newly renovated marriott was great to stay at.The Staff is friendly and very helpful making our stay enjoyable. Silvia and Jennifer were especially nice to us. Would stay her again on our next trip to Danbury.
Newly renovated property. Great design choices from the lobby to the guest rooms. Back patio with gas fire pit. Trendy and comfortable lobby seating with room to gather or use as an office on the road. Lobby cafe offered good convenient options for breakfast and dinner and sold Starbucks coffee. We loved the fruit and yogurt parfaits. Indoor pool. Nicely equipped fitness facility with windows. Accommodating front desk staff supplied us with extra bedding to make the pull out sofa in the king room comfortable. One downside is bathroom sink outside of bathroom. Makes it difficult for one to get ready in morning while others sleep. Shower was large with great shower head and mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
My aunt is a wheel chair bound special ed. teacher who was in town for a 60th anniversary celebration. The accessibility room she was given had NO ROLL SHOWER OR BATHROOM BARS! Thats a federal violation to advertise that room as ADA. They offered to make her to a room on the second floor. My aunt asked: “in case of emergency (when the elevator isn't working) do you have a plan to evacuate me from the second floor.” THE HOTEL SAID NO! Another federal violation! Yes, we’ll be making a stink about this to all the proper agencies because disabled rights are always overlooked. Good thing we have the connections after my aunts 30 YEARS of teaching!
