Jim Barbarie's Restaurant - Danbury

My husband and I had an amazing meal last night! Our server Max was awesome! He was so friendly and attentive! Our meal was incredible! The mussels in the Gorgonzola crème and boom boom shrimp were amazing!! As well as the filet mignon and stuffed lobster tails ! Worth every penny and We can’t wait to be back!

Good place. Food is very good, service good, friendly staff. Nice menu with the usual staples and more. I enjoyed it. Easy to see why it been around since the 1940'

Good food service and atmosphere. Only knocked slightly for cost which is paramount these days with inflation taking over. But for this trip I didn't mind as it was my birthday and I wasn't paying ?

Used our gift cert we received for Christmas. Our food was very tasty. And our cocktails were also very good. We also had delicious appetizers. I had boom boom shrimp,my husband had tbe calemari. My entree was NY strip steak. My only little disappointment was I requested medium rare, and it was medium to medium well done. My dessert was tiramisu other one was frief banana cheesecake. Both were delicious. Really enjoyed our dinner.

We held our Holiday party at Jim Barbaries. Our waitress was Terrific. The food was delicious. I can't wait to do it again next
