Dunkin' Donuts - Danbury

The wait time is often long, and there have been instances where my order was incorrect. Otherwise, I would probably rate this place 1 or 2 stars. However, the staff is consistently friendly and apologetic, which makes a difference.

I had to wait quite a while in line before someone finally attended to me, but it seemed like they were short-staffed. Despite that, my overall experience was great!
