Bambino's Pizza Pasta - Danbury

I never went here before. I was so exited for the pizza to finish when I tried it, IT WAS SO GOOD I ATE 3 WHOLE ?

Greeted by friendly staff simultaneously and a friendly atmosphere. Hands down the pizza was ?soooo good and the cheese just melts in your mouth. Kudos to their 4% discount if you pay by cash . This is my “go too” pizza spot gem this day forward .

I am from North Carolina and this place was recommended and I just about didn't choose this it but I thought about some pizza that I had back in the 80's in Syracuse. Oh my this place lived up to and surpassed the recommendation. In NC we don't know what pizza truly is, we have NY style places but they are not as good and of course pizza hut. Great place, friendly and smells awesome like it should. One other thing the lady that took my order was super nice. I highly recommend Bambino's and if I ever make it back I will be eating pizza!

Pizza was pretty good- despite looking like the slices had sat out for a while. Crust is thin and crisp. Everything could have had a bit more flavor. But I'd definitely come back here.Garlic knots looked fantastic but we're dense, bland, and not heated all the way through. I'd avoid these. Kid-friendliness: Fine for kids. It's a pizza place.

This is the definition of a hole in the wall pizza shop that truly delivers on quality. There are a few spots to sit and eat but we were on the run so we took it to go. Here’s how it went. Garlic knots had a lot of flavor in them. I appreciate that they give it way more than usual dob of butter and garlic. There are so many herbs in the oil that I devoured all of them instantly. The pasta fagioli was again super flavorful and freshly made. The lasagna was another fresh flavor bomb on a plate. They had my favorite type of pepperoni for the pizza, a bit of spice. The dough wasn’t thick and just the right amount to ensure the topping didn’t go for a ride without taking away from the flavor. Plus the bacon was NOT that bacon flavored flavored but junk. It was the real deal. This was definitely an awesome meal. You definitely need to add this to your takeout list!!!
