Applebee's Grill - Danbury

Jean-Claude c has been the best server for months! he is friendliness and love to detail is amazing! nice to meet him and we will visit again!

Excellent. we live in nj and that was far above the standards used by us. so many more options on the menu that eating was fresh, rasred super. the server was also excellent. the howell nj and parsippany nj must make a few lections.

The manager here is a terrible rude woman. she saw us coming in and running backwards. we waited for 5 minutes with no one in the restaurant. my friend asked if we could just sit on our own. she stormed out and said, "the is ridiculs" anyone would be with you. I didn’t tell her anything because id rather only deal with my server and not the enthing “woman” she made an ugly face (easier than it is already) and asked if I was okay. I did not answer and refused to commit. she started screaming again. ask “Are you OKAY?!?” I said, “sold me alone” and that should be the manager. that was “insecure” when you ask me.

The restaurant is always much better with a friendly waitress/cheek! we had a great smile on applebees in danbury ct today! her name is leigha! She took care of us with a smile on her face. we had the special, two for $22! it includes a starter to share or two salads and two entrees! how cool is that? we will definitely come back! oh, I forgot, this restaurant always gives free dinner for veterans to celebrate veterans!

Service has gotten worse and worse as the time goes. I only go there like once every two months cause of my children, but last time I went my daughter's boneless wings were undercooked and I saw the waitress going outside to smoke for like 10 mins, and by the time she came to check on us, we had our entrees and everyone's water needed to be refilled. Sticking to chili's for the kids for now on. (I like to treat them with whatever they want to eat once a month, is not my choice)
