Shawarmer شاورمر - Dammam

Decent shawarma, especially with all the amazing shawarma joints popping up in the town, Shawarmer still holds up somehow. Their Arbo is the good, especially the sauces which come along it makes it worth. I would still say a little expensive. Their normal shawarma is tasty too. This place has really good spacious seating area and well maintained

We went there for lunch. From outside it looked like it's closed. No one was at counter so I went inside to check if they are open. And yes it was open for lunch. So we asked the best option they have and ordered according to the cashier suggestions. When we see the bill, we were charged extra for upsize the drinks. Which we didn't ask for. So I asked the cashier, why would he charge me for the item I didn't order. He tried fooling us by saying it's part of the offer. But it was not. So he refunded the money for extra charge. I am not concerned here about extra charge. The main issue is cheating the customer. He would have upsell us instead of trying to cheat us. Owners or manger should look into this. It is not something a customer would expect. This is the only reason I gave three star. Otherwise the food was delicious. I liked the way it was served and the spicy sauce was amazing.
