Waited over half an hour in line at the drive through for the car in front to receive a large order. Instead of making the car go to a waiting bay and serving everyone else in the meantime they made all of us wait. This is the only Hungry Jacks store I've never been disappointed in. The food is consistently amazing. Order is always correct, made with care and fresh even when ordering via Door Dash/Menulog. Absolutely appalling service. Ordered online and it took over an hour to get to us only a mere 3.8km away. When it arrived it was stone cold and very poorly put together. Burger was bland and chips where so salty they where inedible. I feel sorry for the menulog driver who had to wait soooo long for our order. I tried ringing the store multiple times with no success. I will be attending the store and demanding to speak to the manager. The previous reviews on here tell the story of a poorly run store rampent with incompetent staff that obviously haven't had sufficient training. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Beautiful staff! They were so short staffed today 2 people handling the work of 6 but beginning and end of the day we were greeted with friendliness and patience. Food was delicious, hot and fresh too. Service: Dine in Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
