Jamba Juice - Daly City

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was poor, and our server Melissa had a noticeably negative attitude, making it seem like she didn't enjoy her job. Additionally, the waffle I ordered was stale and tasted like it might have been expired. Overall, I was not impressed.

The staff were friendly, but the drink I had was a bit watered down. It seems that when it was first made, the consistency wasn't quite right, so the employee added ice, but that didn’t improve the situation. I was really looking forward to trying the new blueberry lemonade, so it was disappointing that it wasn't prepared correctly.

My smoothie was incredibly thin, almost like water, and it tasted just like lemonade, despite me paying extra for kale. There are much better locations out there. On a positive note, the staff member was friendly.

I came in at 7:40pm to see handwritten note: be back in 30 mins, sorry . What the hell? 2 employees were behind the counter, doing smth. 11 people, including me are waiting outside... seriously? 1st time ever I see business doing this. I 'm not comingback ever.

Jamba is known for high energy and good service, this is not accurate for this location at this time. Maybe a serious shift in management is necessary. The majority of the staff here act as if they hate their jobs.
