Sonic Drive-in - Dalton

The service at this restaurant was awful. I pressed the red button twice and waited for 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged. No one responded on the speaker. I ended up leaving and going to Wendy's instead.

Sad to say that my family and i will never be eating at this location again . We don`t eat at Sonic often but, when we decided to have it yesterday it was the worse mistake . My son`s father/ My Boyfriend has been up all night and day throwing up , running a fever and having bad cramps . Food posing is what he has gotten so we are now at the point of him trying to ride this out and praying to God he come`s out okay . He had the foot long chilli dog i believe was the number 11 . I have worked in fast food for years so i know mistake`s happen and thing`s happen but ` i did want to post my review . i`m not saying don`t eat here because they do have a`lot of good thing`s here to eat but i`m saying to the staff be more mindful please .

30 minutes wait for food and then it was wrong. It took another 15 minutes to get the correct order.

I'm sorry, but I really don't like Sonic. They don't offer anything even remotely healthy, and their prices are too high. They don't even deliver your order on roller skates anymore. I personally don't like them, but my sister does.

I used to come here for drinks all the time, but recently every visit has been disappointing. The drinks are watered down and the food is consistently cold. I've tried to give them another chance, but it's frustrating to spend over $20 on subpar quality.
