Mcdonald's - Dalton

Fries were cold. Burger was cold. No self serve drink dispensers. No self serve ketchup dispensers. Couch was nice.

McDonald's in eastridge needs to be shut down they always mistreat customers.. I went through there a couple of days ago and the guy in drive thru spilt my drink on me and then the manager held mace in my face I have the video I wasn't rude to her or anyting

Not crazy about the waiting time. I remember when I was in and out in five minutes. now it takes about 15 to 20 minutes and it is best to check their order because it is always missing items are made wrong.

Ordered a large strawberry milkshake, they rang it up as a chocolate shake. When I tried to inform the cashier to the error she got rude.

Normally I get my food from this particular McDonald's and it's hot and fantastic... Last night I sat in the drive thru line for close to 25 minutes, my food was cold. I called last night no adval... Called back 5 more times today no one still didn't answer the phone so I could try to get my order fixed. I guess I'll have to go up there and see if they will fix it...
