Manny's Pizza - Dalton

Gives off the impression of an ordinary small town pizza place, which gives no clue as to the food quality inside. What made me want to try it was the consistent cleanliness I have noticed when picking up deliveries and the passionate chef. This is one of the 2 best pizzas I have had in the Berkshires. I cant decide which was better and there is no reason to, as both were excellent for different reasons. But the Veggies Lovers Pizza with Cauliflower crust I got here was actually healthy to boot. Nice to see top notch chefs ramping up these options.

The bread is amazing. Salads are so de and fresh. Everthing always is pipin hot and fantastic. They are so friendly.

There are some things that make Manny's really enticing like the quiet atmosphere, dining on the covered outside porch, the really fresh and crisp salads, and the very friendly and accommodating service. But the main thing we hoped for was exceptional pizza, and that just didn't happen for us. Yes, the pizza is okay, especially when it's fresh, but after we took some home we realized just how ho-hum the toppings, cheese, sauce, and crust really are. It's just not as good as many other pie joints in the area. If we want to snag a nice fresh salad, this would be our go-to for sure. But the pizza just isn't compelling or interesting.
