Iron Hart - Dalton

During our first visit, we brought our dog along. We asked a server for some water for our pup, and the owner came out personally to bring a bowl and water. He chatted with us briefly and was incredibly friendly. The beer is fantastic as well! The location is beautiful. It's definitely worth a visit!

Here's a concise summary of my experience: The food is excellent when you can actually get it. It seems like they have staffing issues; I've visited four times in the past six months, and they often seem to be closed without notice. To find out if they’re open, you have to check their Facebook page, which is inconvenient. The beer is decent but tends to be warmer than I'd prefer—not very cold. My suggestion? You have a fantastic bar and restaurant with good food and popular brewery beer. If you could serve colder beer and find enough kitchen and server staff, I believe you’d see great success. (The location is great, right off I-81.) However, waiting over an hour for wings on a Thursday when the restaurant is only half full is likely to drive customers away.

Don't let the limited menu put you off! This restaurant is fantastic. You grab a menu, choose your own seat, and place your order whenever you're ready. The woman at the register was extremely helpful and friendly. The fireplace added a warm and cozy vibe, the music was enjoyable, and the atmosphere was just perfect. But the true standout was the food—it was exceptional. We ended up taking the leftovers home because the flavors were spot on and the portions were generous. I would give it a perfect 10/10! Bravo!

This restaurant exceeded my experience at 3 Guys. The food was outstanding, although I would have liked a wider selection. The beer options were somewhat inconsistent, with only five choices available. I will certainly come back and recommend it to others, primarily for the food.

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing! I will definitely be coming back.
