Cafe Leon - Dalton

OBESSED WITH THE LAVENDER LONDON FOG! Like no really, like fan girl obsessed! Located in a cute downtown area with street parking. It 's such a cute vibe with a heart warming story. They offer tortas, salads, avocado toast, waffle bites, teas, coffee and more. Their story: We are the Reyes family born and raised in Dalton GA. We decided to open a cafe in honor of our father that passed away in 2020 due to COVID. Our father was truly one of a kind and has taught us many of the way that has helped us through this journey and life. Adjusting has not been easy on us, but made us realize in many in our community have been in similar situations. Cafe Leon was created to be a safe space for our community to unwind and escape. It may be ugly out there but it doesn 't have to be in here Because they are family owned and everything is fresh and hand made, items take a little longer to come out but totally worth the wait! I hope to see this cafe continue to flourish!

Coffee is good, ambience is great, and staff is friendly. HOWEVER, from their old location to their new location they have not been consistent with their times. I wish i could give them a higher rating but its frustrating when you take time out of your day to get some coffee only to find it closed despite it being the hours they are supposedly open. If you really want coffee and you are short on time, I would not recommend risking it.

Never opened during the hours they say they are open. I have tried to go at least 4 or 5 times at 9 in the morning and they aren’t open. Great coffee but you can’t ever get it in the mornings.

We tried the crack coffee latte and shaken brown sugar latte, they top any starbucks drink for sure! Wish I lived closer, I would be here all the time. Great service as well :

I love coming here for study time or cute coffee hang-outs with my friends! The atmosphere is fantastic, and I feel at home while sipping coffee. I am absolutely in love with their fall menu, which has the apple caramel latte and the smores coffee. Even when I have a minor issue with something, they always fix it with a smile. The staff is super friendly and always makes me feel welcome. Again this is my favorite Cafe in Dalton.
