Sonic Drive-in - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I asked twice NO cheese and they still put cheese on it . Meat was dry

For starters, I tried to call the store itself. Unfortunately, only a computer answered with no options to speak to a real person. We come here often. But last night we only stopped by for drinks to go with our pizza. We ordered three different drinks' The total was a little more than $10 and we tipped the guy that brought our order out $3 dollars. Note to the car-hops. I always tip in cash. So if you don't see a tip on the screen, remain diligent and professional. . However, upon arriving home I first noticed that my drink did not look correct. I ordered a strawberry slushy with real strawberry fruit in it. Instead they gave me a flavorless slushy with nothing in it just slush. I tried to call, no answer. I called this morning, no answer. Again, just the computer. This put a slight damper on my night.

Ordered on the sonic app and went to pick up at the location. Staff was very nice and my food was fresh. I recommend this location for sure.

Service is almost always prompt, but the main detractor is their soda. Multiple times I have picked up Coca-Cola at this location, only to find that it tastes more like soda water than coke.Please consider using the plano rd/walnut hill location, the forest/75 location, or the park/Greenville location instead.

I just left from ordering 2 burgers an 2 slushes an tater tots the taters tots are cold an the burgers are cold and the lady that took my order on the speaker was rude no customer service I push the red button and an said what do you want that is so unprofessional.
