Firehouse Subs Henry St

I dined in at the High Point Crossing location today. Brooklyn took my order and made my sandwich. She helped me decide on the best sandwich. I chose the Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket with lettuce and tomato, and it was AMAZING! The bread was soft. Brooklyn was an absolute sweetheart, and I will definitely be back to this location again and again. Thank you, Firehouse Subs and Brooklyn, for amazing customer service and experience. I selected 5 stars I'm not sure why it's only showing 4.1 because it is 5 stars for sure. I highly recommend this restaurant for a tasty and rewarding meal.

13 minutes for a single sub that looks like it was thrown together in 3 seconds.the bag looks like it was used as a napkin for whoever threw my sandwich together. HORRIBLE and kinda gross! Ps. Don't try calling, the phone number just goes to a unnamed voice-mail. Is this response a joke? Clearly I'm not a fan, will not be back, you are doing nothing to resolve the fact that I spent money on a garage product that went in the trash after 1 bite! Thanks for nothing Anna!

I love this place. Their bread and sandwiches are soooo good. They have decent macaroni too. They have good chili as well (it has beans in it FYI). I've never had any issues here.

Great service, the food is really good; really fresh. The manager and the team was amazing!

I ordered through doordash and got Felipe and Sandra. I asked for them to customize my sandwich and they had no problem with doing it. I want to thank you guys for being available and having the best customer service. Thank you guys again.
