Cici's Pizza - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Not a good experience! The place was empty except for one table and my son and I. I ordered a buffet for my son who doesn’t eat meat. We requested one veggie pizza and told the attendant the toppings (only 3). The first pizza was incorrect. The second one had a burnt crust. At this point I just wanted a refund and to leave rather than wait again for them to get one veggie pizza correct, but since he had eaten a couple of slices, the host said no. Next I nicely asked could we just get a to-go buffet. Both the cook and cashier said no. They looked at each other and smirked. The insensitivity and rudeness was enough for us. We left and won’t be back to this location.

I ordered ahead since we were having a party. The guy I talked to day of to confirm was nice so I give him 5 stars. BUT our order was so screwed up when it arrived at the party. It was too late to call and try to get the right pizzas because everyone was ready to eat. It was a kids party so ordered 5 cheese pizzas (2 Alfredo). No cheese, didn’t even order supreme and got 3 of those. They put Alfredo sauce on the pepperoni and did bbq ckn instead bbq pork. It was a mess!! Delivery was on time though which was sent through Uber.

Over all pretty good place. Customer service is great. Only issus, it's always so cold.

Doing the math... Taking measurement into consideration: ONE PIEZILLA FOUR LARGE PIZZAS Taking cost into consideration: ONE PIEZILLA $50 ONE LARGE PIZZA $11 FOUR LARGE PIZZAS $44 It would be better to buy 4 large pizzas than to buy your Piezilla. If the Piezilla was $40, then that would be a good deal.

Did an online order and food came out quick and was fresh and hot, only issue was that they didn’t put the usual amount of macaroni on the Mac n cheese pizza : and didn’t know the stuffed crust would turn the pizza into a square lol, other times I’ve ordered it’s pretty full on top. Other than that everything was fine .
