Whataburger - Dallas

I had been at work since 4am and came by the store for a burger around 7am. The employees were very nice and the food was made right away no problems. I did have to wait but only because I was ordering lunch at breakfast time. The staff was extremallynice and accommodating.

Surprisingly good. This is a better Whataburger then the ones in North Carolina. The NC restaurants are an entirely different restaurant chain, that should be shut down for health hazards and bad cs. It seemed to be a popular place and the food was good.The prices are average. It was a nice treat to check out a new restaurant.

I enjoy eating Whataburger but this one in particular is incredibly slow! I did a mobile order and waited and waited, after seeing some come in and order and get there orders before mine. SoI went and asked what was happening with my order and afterlooking for a while they said they were waiting on fries. After more time and more customers I asked what was happening and itturned out I waited 45 minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be ready, not counting from when I placed the order. I ordered asimple number 1 with no tomatoes. I received a cold burger with tomatoes. At least the fries were hot cause they put them inwhen I asked about my order for the third time. No apologies or anything. So whatever you do, don?t mobile order at thislocation, they are way slow even eating in.

I must say that this has been one of the most pleasant visits I've had to a Whataburger. The team was engaged efficient and the food was served hot fresh and delicious. This is what a Whataburger experience should be like! For those of you who do notknow, the white time at Whataburger is more than the usual time food restaurant because they only cook your meal after you orderit and make it to your specifications. Having said that, there are many water burgers that truly exceed the normal waiting time. I tend to customize my order all the ti'm. But from what I could tell, with the amount of traffic that this Place had, theywere tremendously efficient and deserve kudos for the great service.

I have really liked this location the past however today's experience made me feel differently. I nearly dropped my burger but luckily was able to save it just in the nick of time unfortunately some lettuce did fall on the floor. Immediately after one ofthe workers came up and aggressively searched sweeping underneath my feet and made a comment about my burger must have been sogood that I spilled it all over the floor and I tried to explain the situation however I feel like she was very unprofessionalon the matter. Nevertheless I love Whataburger and will return but may avoid this location next time.
