Einstein Bros. Bagels - Dallas

I ordered the farmhouse sandwich, and it was very dry with barely any spread on it. I went up to the counter to ask for some extra spread since my bagel had almost none. The girl at the counter asked me to bring my bagel to her for inspection. After looking at the dry bagel, she told me that the amount of spread was correct and that I could pay for more if I wanted. No, thank you! The service was terrible.

My order took 25 minutes to arrive, and there was no place to wait, forcing me to walk all the way back to my terminal. I ordered a bagel sandwich with avocado, bacon, and egg whites. Unfortunately, the filling was way too hot, and the bread was greasy and difficult to bite into. I couldn't eat it and ended up wasting $9.

I was mistakenly charged for two lattes when I only ordered one, and the latte they made was incorrect. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me again for correcting their mistake, and the replacement latte was made with sour almond milk. I also requested that my bagel be toasted, but it arrived untoasted. Additionally, the bagel had a spicy sauce on it that wasn’t mentioned on the menu, and I’m allergic to it. If I had been aware of the sauce, I would have chosen a different item or asked to have it left off. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

When my bacon and cheddar bagel eventually arrived, it was dry and lacked any cream cheese. I returned to request some, but they refused to provide it without charging an additional fee.

The bagels were fantastic, and the service was quick. Our order was prepared in just a couple of minutes, and everything was delicious. Although they did forget one item, they brought it to us promptly, so it wasn't an issue. The prices were reasonable, and there were many clean tables available nearby.
