Cicis Pizza - Dallas

Just came to dine in with my family. Horrible customer services no pizzas were made. The places was really dirty to. The employees were rude. We love cicis pizza but by far this was the worse location to go to

I didn't enjoy today's visit, we dine as a family for buffet. I asked one of the waiter to get me salt free pizza and he even doesn't want to talk me and ignore me.. this place was good but now completely changed

Been to this location several times. It's always been clean and organized. Tonight however was a whole other story. From the time I got there 7:30p till my departure 8:30p, there was no cleaning. All the crew was teens laughing and play fighting in the kitchen. Dancing at the front counter and not sweeping or restocking anything. There was no dressing,salad,pasta,cup lids. All in all I was just very disappointed. I like this location so I hope this is just a one time thing.

I tried to get a pick-up rode over the phone and employee named Leasia or whatever their name first answered the phone as if she was at homeDidn not even mention Cicis and went to me hanging up in the middle of the order I called back a few times to be forwarded only for my call. Management should either train better or adjust better customer service

Had 5 stars given, but some of the pizzas were hard and somehow cold. But still good taste, but it fell to 4 stars.
