Chipotle Preston Rd - Dallas

On the app, I ordered "Sofritas, brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, guacamole, and chili corn salsa." Everything was correct except for the cheese above and below the guacamole, which I didn't want, order, or eat. It was quite frustrating, but I still like Chipotle. This was the first time I've encountered this issue, so I'll give them another chance to make it right.

I placed my order through the app for "Sofritas, Brown Rice, Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Guacamole, and Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa." Everything was correct, except that there was cheese added under the guacamole, which I didn't want or order.
