Chick-fil-a - Dallas

Even though the restaurant was extremely busy during lunch, the food arrived quickly. My chicken tender sandwich with honey mustard was exceptional—certainly one of the best I've ever had. The rolls were cooked to perfection, and the chicken strips were plump and juicy. Kudos to the team!

I typically stopped here on my way to work because it was incredibly convenient. The food was consistently good and fresh, with only an occasional mix-up in my order (which I attributed to their busy schedule). However, I recently visited and found the location permanently closed, with equipment being removed from the building. Just a week earlier, everything seemed normal, so I'm taken aback by the sudden closure. I feel for the employees, who were all very friendly and do not deserve to lose their jobs right before the holiday season.

I really enjoy the food here, especially the chicken tenders and the tender sandwich. I visit frequently for lunch. The zing sauce is delicious, but I prefer the honey mustard sauce above all. The managers are very respectful and always ensure that your food is served quickly and calmly; I've never had any issues with the drive-thru. The walk-up service is great too, thanks to the water mist machine that keeps you cool. With only outdoor seating available, my friends and I can be loud and enjoy joking around while we eat! Overall experience: 10/10.

It was great, as usual. However, I often find it frustrating at this particular Chick-fil-A because the drive-thru is always crowded. This leads to a hurried experience, and sometimes my order isn't accurate. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive. Don’t forget, Chick-fil-A is the best place for a delicious milkshake!

Additionally, this location needs to address their landscaping. A tall hedge obstructs the view of vehicles exiting onto Cedar Springs, which creates a potential hazard for oncoming traffic. It's crucial to trim the vegetation to prevent serious accidents or injuries. Many drivers in Texas already struggle with navigation, and I was unable to take a photo of the issue because I was concerned for my safety while trying to leave.
