Bistro 31 - Dallas

Food was pretty mediocre. We also made a reservation and still had a 20 minute wait. They also ended up seating us upstairs which is more of a sports bar and was pretty run down and had a random sushi bar. All around just weird vibes. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Management was very attentive to our requests. They originally put us (2 people) at a very small table. When I mentioned it, the manager immediately brought over another table and put it next to ours. Great customer service. I had one complaint or a suggestion. Maybe the person assigned to clear the tables should wait a few minutes before snatching the dishes and flatware off of the table. I felt like I was being rushed. I swear I had not finished chewing my ravioli and the guy came over to clear the table, including taking my fires that me and guest were still eating. But overall, I gave the whole experience a 5 out of 5. We will be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
