Arby's - Dallas

Came here at 18 o'clock on 3/10 and the load was completely dark and doors closed. I waited in the car thru for 5 minutes to realize that they closed early? no signs or warnings. I understand a lack of employees, but I have a sign or something.

I was closed at my first attempt, but came back a few days later. it is decent fast food and the line moves fast. I love this horse sauce. overall it is a real grief that they do not seem to get the supply chain or personaling directly to keep the location open

Shambolic mess. twenty minutes on the journey through (forgot the whole email). covid is not blaming, they have always been running inefficient at this place. would come back if they reuben be good at $3 and I have my copy of war and peace with me. arbys company followed down. my answer: this is appreciated. I will fill out the formula as pro forma activity. my experience with such things is that they are not even read. they should be aware that this was the second time that I visited this place and the second time that it took an inexplicable time to be served to a non-speak hour these problems with this place are not difficult to see. Visiting companies websites? does it have an influence on a franchise with the attitude visible at this place? Why should a franchisee who already glides have an incentive to improve?

They no longer offer the chicken cordon bleu! so sad! but they have a few new dinge. slider and so what. anyway, absolutely delicious and will almost always stand here before I would stop somewhere else.

The lady in the Drive-Thru only gave me three Arby's sauces said I could not have any more which that's not the biggest problem my sandwich was cold but I heated it up and it was actually okay but the fries were cold and very old tasting and had to throw them all away I will never come to this Arby's ever again!!
