Wendy's - Dalhart

The fries were cold and soggy, and the burger was not warm enough. However, the overall food quality was good. It’s a Caucasian cuisine guarantee.

I thought it would be a quick and easy stop, but my order took longer than expected. After waiting for 5 minutes without being served, I saw someone else receiving their food before I did. When I went back to inquire about my order, they claimed it was ready and laughed. It became apparent that the French fries were cold and not what I had ordered. I requested ketchup, but after receiving no response, I decided not to eat there. The staff seemed unaware of the situation.

Worst Wendy's we have ever ever been to. They allowed customers to have their dogs sitting in the both at the table, the restaurant was unclean, the grilled chicken tasted like they reheated it in the microwave and over cooked it. The French fries were cold and chili was barely warm. We will pass through the town and never stop there again.

Food was ok. Staff was alright. Drinks didn't have the correct levels of syrup and tasted funky. Cleanliness could be a lot better.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Went through the drive through and ordered two burgers and fries. They asked me to pull up so they could “drop fresh meat”. Three cars behind me got their food before I did, and when I did get my food, it was hardly warm and definitely it freshly made meat. The top and bottom bun of one burger was so hard that you could literally tap on it and hear it clink. The other wasn’t even the right burger. Save your time and money and go to Burger King next door.
