The black coffee tastes not good and the quality is not good either

Customer service was awful and coffee was not good at all! This is my opinion and my experience regardless of what the owner states in her reply. I could care less who she chooses to do business with and it’s choice to change vendors without notice, that unprofessional behavior is on her! Don’t just take my word for it read some of the other reviews.

This Bean Bro location use to have the absolute best coffee (5 star review 3 years ago)! As they have expanded, the quality in their coffee drinks have decreased significantly. The customer service is just no where it use to be either. This is specifically about the Daleville location. The Enterprise location still deserves a 5-star!

Best doughnuts ? ? great coffee. Long lines in am. Kinda stops me from stopping sometimes.

Awesome coffee,(although I ask for an Americana, lol) she remembers me, 2 creams, 2 sugars, (2 couple of ice cubes), and the staff always knows to whom they are talking and I come with a friend who they know her coffee as well ?, God bless em'FromTJ
