Waffle House - Dale City

Waffle worst house ever. all of them are terrible, but wanted to eat breakfast today. the girl behind the counter said I have a lot of prep work to do so that I no longer serve customers. just terrible customer service! They need to hire better people. I wondered why she had a sad look when I went up to the door. worst experience ever! please just go to ihop it is not far away.

This location is two miles from my home. It was around 3AM when I left. I walked there as an exercise in Handling my anxiety. The trip did not go as well as I had hoped. I showed up looking rough.Despite all that: The service I received was excellent. One employee was taking care of everything. The restaurant was very clean and the employee provided everything I asked for. Felt better on my way out.Thank you Waffle man. You helped me get through the day with the kindness you showed me. Plus the food was delicious. I gave the bacon to my cats when I got home. They like it too.10/10

My husband went in to get a to go order for me. They said they are not doing to go orders but kindly did a to go order for the person in front of him. This location discriminates all the time and nobody seems to do anything about it.

They taking way to long Fa my food lady u rlly getting on my nerves why is my food late when yhu can bring everyone food obv the smallest restaurant ?? I’m tired of waiting

The server, cook managers were great, they were entertaining and I was kind of a high maintenance, but they went beyond to keep me happy and I enjoyed visiting there!
