Contribuiți la feedbackWe had some trouble finding the restaurant at first due to misleading directions on Happy Cow (go up Songchong Buk Ro north a bit from where it is marked on the map, then on the left side). When we arrived in the afternoon after a tiring hike, we found ourselves alone in the restaurant with the owner. He explained the small menu to us (which had recently been expanded to include 3 new items, including a delicious mushroom noodle soup). We watched as he prepared our food from scratch, creating a unique dining experience where we felt like we were being personally catered to. We ordered the Korean style Bibimbap (with soy meat) and the mushroom noodle soup, both of which were very good and came with tasty sides. The spice level was milder than what we were used to, but the generous portions were more than enough to satisfy our hunger after the hike.
I visited this new restaurant and was immediately impressed by its cozy and inviting interior. I decided to try the bibimbap with soy meat and soup, and although I had never tried soy meat before, I found it to be surprisingly delicious. The owner was very friendly and checked in on how my meal was. In addition to food, they also offer a variety of coffee drinks and vegan packaged goods for sale. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning. For those interested, I took the 701 bus from Seodaejeon Negori and stopped at Jongridong, then walked about 5-10 minutes to reach the restaurant.
Outside of Seoul it is very difficult to find vegetarian/ vegan food or selection is limited and Daejeon is no exception concerning this fact. It took me quite a lot of time to get to this far located Loving Hut from Yuseong (Daejeon so I couldn't go very often during my exchange year in Daejeon. Also the menu was very limited but the food was always tasty and the owner so friendly! He sometimes even gave me some small dessert after the meal. I hope his business will also go well in future, so please support. :
The menu has only a couple of options, but I really enjoyed both dishes I tried. The food is prepared fresh and well spiced.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food is prepared with care and love, evident in the flavors and attention to detail. Unlike other Loving Huts that rely on microwaved fake meat, this one in Sintanjin stands out for using fresh vegetables and homemade sauces. I give this place a perfect 10/10 rating.
