The staff at the restaurant were nice and polite. The portions of food were generous and satisfying. We opted for takeout for a lunch meal. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20.

I ordered two double cheeseburger combos with apple pie through the app and arrived at the restaurant just as my order was being prepared. I decided to also order an additional big jack combo. Despite being the only person in line and the only person in the kitchen, there was a noticeable old greasy smell in the air that reminded me of the main entrance. I received my orders and left, but as I sat in my car, I realized that the smell was actually coming from my food. When I got home and opened everything up, the fries seemed like they had been sitting since noon even though it was already past 3pm. I managed to eat some of the fries that were slightly warm and not hard as a rock. The double cheeseburgers were okay, but the big jack had a strange taste and had to be thrown away. The apple pies, which I had planned to save for breakfast, were inedible. The crust was rock hard and exploded when I tried to bite into it, leaving only burnt apple chips inside. The second pie was just as bad. Overall, out of three combos, two pies, two burgers, and three lemonades, only the burgers and drinks were edible. I'm surprised this restaurant stays in business with such inconsistent food quality.
