Tj's Deli - Dade City

I stopped by for a quick treat of hand-dipped ice cream, and it was delicious! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I ordered from GrubHub and tried the Cuban sandwich. It had a great flavor, but it wasn't quite the authentic Cuban I'm used to. I also ordered an extra potato salad, but it was missing—though that happens often with delivery, so no big deal. I appreciate that they attempted to make the Cuban as I requested, so they're not altering it like many places do. I've heard a lot of positive comments about this restaurant, and maybe if I'd dined in instead of ordering delivery, I'd have gotten the Cuban I was expecting. Overall, I give the place a solid 5 out of 5. I recommend giving it a try!

The pressed Cubans here are excellent, the service is friendly, and the prices are similar to those at other restaurants. The ice cream and smoothies are delicious as well!
