Taco Bell - Dacula

Tried to stop in to eat breakfast real fast. No customers in the store but told to wait which is fine, no big deal. Wait 10 minutes then I’m told all I can get is a cheese burrito bc the fryers aren’t hot yet. Complete waste of time. If you’re not ready then don’t open the doors. Don’t make people wait on you. Just overall bad place to go, the guy barely speaks loud enough to hear and acts like he’s strung out of his mind. Don’t waste your time here.

The General manager was very much not in control of his shift and very rude i’m pretty sure i seen him smoking weed by the dumpster as a drove in . the cashiers were very nice and attentive especially the short girl . Sucks they have that typa manager hope he’s gone soon

No complaints. Service was exceptional and the food was great.

After many complicated visits, this time the manager I think named Ryan walked my order all the way through the process, I paid and woolaaah just like that Taco Bell was great again!!!!!

Around 4:50pm me and my boyfriend came here on 3/24. I got the cantina chicken quesadilla. The meal is meant to come with guac, which I did not receive and the chips for the cheese and chips were literally just thrown INTO THE BAG. Straight in the bag with all the other food.Me and my boyfriend were not rude and did not have an overly large order, so I do not know why the employees were so lazy with the food. I do understand it’s fast food, however you could at least do the bare minimum your job requires.
