Food is always good. Definitely one of, if not my favorite place to get bbq. The bread that comes with the stew is made there it seems, as it is always soft and warm. 100% recommend getting the stew and brisket.

Delicious food, great people!! Highly recommend. Don’t miss the fried okra or the peach cobbler.

Food was absolutely delicious, I'd say best BBQ I've had in a restaurant within the past 10 years. Absolutely perfect execution on everything from the sides to the meats. Will definitely be returning soon.

I’m from Asheville, where a new “must-try” BBQ restaurant pops up every week. I never understood the hype. A friend would always tell me “you just need to try BBQ at this new restaurant.” And I never found one that impressed me.We moved here 2 years ago. This is the closest restaurant to our house, but we had never been here bc I just don’t love BBQ.Well, I *didn’t* love BBQ. Now I do. Also, their corn casserole and homemade kettle chips.Plus the people here are just so nice.

I love good BBQ ribs… I love the juicy and tender ones. This place has absolutely the Best ribs in town!!! My wife says the pulled pork is delicious. Their sides are very tasty… corn casserole collard greens are excellent!!Highly recommend!! It’s small, so get there when it opens. He serves ribs only on Fridays and sells out in 45 minutes!!!
