Contribuiți la feedbackThe customer service is awful! The staff just loiter around and move at a snail's pace. No one bothers to engage with customers. I waited 20 minutes for a blizzard in the drive-thru, despite the dining room being empty. When I finally received my ice cream through the window, it was without a lid, and it was also raining at the time!
The service was excellent, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options available. The staff was cheerful and prepared our drinks (a Blizzard Moolatte) almost immediately. I highly recommend it!
The staff seems unfamiliar with the ingredients used in their Tropical or Hawaiian Blizzard. When I pointed out what the ingredients are, the employee became defensive and mentioned that they've been in business for 17 years. I understand that experience matters, but it doesn't change the fact that they should know their own menu items. Additionally, the prices vary each time I visit, which is quite confusing.
The lady handed my boyfriend a half melted blizzard he ordered for me, (I was working a 12 hour shift) She wouldn't flip it. For obvious reasons.. After swipping his card he waited for something he ordered and she said they didn't make that item anymore..even after he paid for it. She didn't refund it. I've been here multiple times... Most of the time the food was literally okay .. often it was bad but went there bc besides Zaxby's there's nothing in this area. As few times as I already come here. Iwon't be back.
The prices were a bit high, but we can credit that to the demand. The service was excellent, and the quality of the food was commendable.
