Had dinner here recently with some friends. food was great, big shout out to Nici the waitress, she was exceptional. couldnt do enough for us. we will be back

Used to go here all the time. Went here tonight on a chill evening, went to the bar and basically got threatened with a fight from the bar staff for no other reason than he was absolutely off his face. Avoid this if you want a fun night but go here if you want a spit and sawdust sort of night that might end up with a first with the bar staff, **** weird night that’s all I can say

Visited Rose and Crown this afternoon for a quite couple of wines. Police arrived and we were asked to leave. We were not aware of any issues, however we were asked to leave our drinks and vacate the pub. Totally confused and bewildered and no explanation. Definitely reconsider visiting this pub again.

Popped in for an early evening drink. The side of the bar we sat in was absolutely freezing even the barmaid had her coat on and we had to keep ours on. I went to use the toilets and they were absolutely filthy looked like the mess had been there some time. It totally put me off wanting to stay any longer so my partner and I left. Such a shame as this used to be a nice clean pub but not for me now.

I really enjoyed the fish and chips at this restaurant. The batter was light and delicious. I also loved the nourish bowl as a vegetarian option.
