Flaming House - Dacorum

I ordered 2 donor kebabs and a chicken nugget meal for my son. The delivery driver arrived with 1 kebab and 2 portions of chips instead. I called Flaming House to rectify the situation, and after some confusion, the correct items were delivered within 20 minutes. However, when I went to serve the food, it was all cold, indicating that they had not prepared a new order but simply returned with the old one. When I called to express my disappointment, I was met with rudeness and a refusal to deliver to me again. This experience has left me feeling disgusted and nauseous. Despite being a regular customer, I will never order from them again due to their lack of care and disrespect.

Ordered 2 kebab roll received as per the image! £10! No sauce no salad just a dry kebab wrapped in a naan. What an embarrassment of a takeaway called to complain and even went to the takeaway who would not offer absolutely any rectification, and instead blamed uber eats for unclear instructions. Would not offer any compensation for a ruined meal and £10 spent on this joke! Disgusting customer ‘service’.

After a disappointing experience with a kebab box meal last year, we decided to give this restaurant another chance. I must say, we were impressed with the much improved quality and the fact that our order was exactly as we requested. We will definitely be returning as we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

I ordered a 10-inch kebab box meal last night for delivery. When it arrived, the meal was smaller than advertised. We called and complained, and they said they would correct it. However, all we received was the original food placed in a bigger 10-inch box, which was cold. When we called again, we were ignored. After trying to rectify the situation, they left us on hold and refused to discuss it any further. I will be reporting this company, as I do not plan on using them again. I advise others to do the same to prevent disappointment and loss of money.

Flaming house has always delivered my food on time with great potion sizes. The food is always hot and I’ve never had any bad experiences with this business!!
