After a brewery tour, I tasted some dishes and had a meal. The meal included prosciutto salad, curry powder sausages, pretzels, and local chicken, all of which were delicious. The beer is made following the original method taught by the Germans and has been carefully preserved until now, so the taste is simple and truly beer-like.

The beer here is fantastic, as you would expect from a brewery. This is the most important aspect of the experience.

Located a little way into the mountains from Ogo-cho city center, this small brewery is a hidden gem. However, the restaurant is quite authentic. The pizza and sauteed shamo are truly delicious. And above all, the craft beer is a solid and traditional German-style brew. Of course, you can also buy some to take home from the restaurant.
