Finally tried their famous taro ramen! Despite its rich flavor, thanks to the ginger aroma, I usually don't drink all the soup when it comes to noodles, but I couldn't help but drink it all this time haha. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
"Taro Ramen" is a restaurant with few comparable options, so I will compare it to Higashi Shokudo. The broth is thick and rich, similar to tonkotsu, with a strong flavor that allows you to taste the richness of the beef bone. The noodles seemed to be the same as Higashi Shokudo. Although the opening hours had been changed to 11:30, they had a sign posted and may return to normal hours. They also opened the restaurant early for customers.
